All Aston Students' Union clubs and societies wanting to book Sport Aston facilities must follow this procedure.
Please complete the Student Activities Facilities Form and return it to the Athletic Union Sport Clubs Coordinator, Nadine Al-Kudcy, in the Student Activities office or by email to
athletic.union@aston.ac.uk
Nadine administers the sport facility booking process on behalf of the Athletic Union clubs and Students' Union societies.

Student Activities will check with Sport Aston if the facility requested is available.

If the facility is available, Student Activities will make a booking with Sport Aston and will email the Club/Society committee member who submitted the Facilities Form to confirm the booking.

If the facility is not available, Student Activities will email the Club/Society committee member who submitted Facilities Form with alternative suggestions.

Clubs and societies must check that sufficient funds are available in the Club/Society account before a Facilities Form is submitted. If there are insufficient funds the booking will not be made without further information. Student Activities will require confirmation of the arrangements for payment. For example, clubs and societies may charge members that use the facility on the day.

When the booking has been confirmed, the Club/Society committee member who submitted the Facilities Form may be liable for any charges relating to cancellations should the Club/Society not use the facility at the agreed date and time.
