If you feel you are in immediate danger of seriously harming yourself or someone else, you should go to the nearest Accident and Emergency Service Department or NHS Walk-in Centre, or dial 999 to contact the Emergency Services.

If you are on campus, contact Security on 0121 359 2922 from an external telephone or 2222 on an internal phone. They will contact the Emergency Services for you.

Nearest NHS Walk-in Centre

Summerfield Urgent Treatment Centre offers a range of health services and information, as well as advice and treatment for a range of illnesses and minor injuries.

Open: 8am to 8pm, 365 days a year.

You do not need an appointment to use the Urgent Treatment Centre, but to avoid waiting times, you are advised to call 111. They will refer you to the service for a telephone callback and, if appropriate, an appointment time can be given.
