Welcome to Aston University Rugby Club (The Cobras)

The Aston Cobras are one of the leading clubs at Aston University in both a playing and social capacity. The men competing in BUCS leagues at both 1XV and 2XV levels and a women's development team too. We provide many opportunities both on the pitch and socially and welcome players of all abilities to join.

Our playing and training schedule is as follows:

• Monday Evenings:        Men's training at 5:30 pm at local partners Veseyans RFC - Free transportation to training and back
• Tuesday Evenings:       Men's training 8 pm, on campus all-weather pitch
• Tuesday Evenings:       Women's training 7:45 pm on campus all-weather pitch
• Wednesday Day:          Competitive BUCS fixtures and RFU Development Rugby Festivals for both Men and Women with Evening Social.
• Friday Evenings:           Indoor Training 5:30 pm

At Aston Rugby we, as a committee, can confidently say that the experiences you will gain from joining the Cobras will not only enrich your university experience but also ease the transition into University life.
