When planning a trip abroad you are to submit a request form; this then will be approved by the Student Activities Manager. Without this approval, you will not be able to go on the trip. It is essential that you provide this information before making arrangements. This form is to be filled in and sent to student.activities@aston.ac.uk or brought in to the Student Activities Office. The sales for the tour should be distributed only through the Aston Students' Union website; you can not use an external company to do this. Please ensure that a Risk Assessment is completed BEFORE you begin to make plans for your tour. Without this the tour will not be able to go ahead.
