In order to have any external speakers (anyone who isn't an Aston University student or member of staff and due to speak) at your events you need to fill out the External Speaker form within the Activities Dashboard. This must be completed and submitted at least 15 working days before your proposed activity or event date to allow sufficient time for approval by the Students' Union and by University Campus Safety. If you do not receive confirmation of approval via the dashboard, you must not have an external speaker at your event. Further information can be found in the commitee training, click the link below.
