The annual May Mental Health Month is back which aims to promote self-care, stress management, and overall wellness tips as you prepare for your exams.

Take a look at the exciting activities we’ve got planned for you throughout May:

  1. World Laughter Day Awareness Post (Online) - Tuesday 7th May
  2. Aquarius Pop-up Stall (SU Foyer) - Monday 13th May, 12pm – 3pm
  3. Paint a Pot, Pop-up in Library (Library) - Monday 13th May, 11am – 1pm
  4. Paint and Plant (Student Union) - Monday 13th May, 1pm – 3pm
  5. Mind, Body, and Grades Masterclass (Online) - Tuesday 14th May, 1pm – 2pm
  6. Free Breakfast (SU Lounge) - Wednesday 15th May, 9am – 10:30am
  7. Yoga with Femved (Online) - Wednesday 15th May, 2pm – 3:30pm
  8. Pop-up About Support Services (Main Building Foyer) - Thursday 16th May, 11am – 1pm
  9. Virtual Sports Day (SU Downstairs Hall) - Thursday 16th May, 1pm – 3pm
